Kingdom Benefits and Responsibilities

I can recall when I entered the workforce as a full-time employee and one of the things that I paid attention to haphazardly was the benefit package. Being a young single man medical was not by concern along with dental, or vision. I was more concerned with the compensation and vacation package. But it’s amazing how all of that changed with I got married, and not to mention when children started to enter the equation. It wasn’t that my benefits had changed, it was my knowledge of my benefits that shifted. As

we as a family began to experience more life issues, we could take advantage of what was available to us in the benefit package.
